Welcome to Troubelle.

Troubelle is a fresh and rebellious brand from Europe, harmonizing nature with fashion to create unique designs. At Troubelle, all designs are custom-made and all designs tell a story, your story. Your story will be painted on jeans, jackets, sneakers, walls or art pieces. All custom pieces are handmade and designed to make you feel unique. Above all Troubelle strives to create sustainable pieces that will be treasured by you forever.

Troubelle gives a second life to your old jeans, jackets, sneakers and left over fabrics. We clean it, take it apart and recycle or upcycle making every piece one-of-a-kind. Rather than creating new products, Dutch denim designer, Kirsten founded Troubelle in 2016 to create new experiences.

During her travels around the world, Kirsten experienced first-handed the environmental problems being caused by our over-consumption. And in her role as a fashion designer she was taken aback by the mass of over production and lack of consciousness within the fashion industry. She decided she didn’t want to create more products, but rather use old items and breath a new longer life into them.

Kirsten started her fashion career at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, where she developed her love for denim. She gained further experience as a designer working for brands such as ‘Blue Blood Brand’ and ‘7 for all mankind.’

After moving to Switzerland, her love for the outdoors grew, and she now spends every free minute exploring, travelling and discovering our green world. Flowers, animals and outdoor adventures are a big inspiration for the designs. With Troubelle, Kirsten combines her love for nature, art and fashion creating colourful sustainable pieces.

We want to inspire everyone to live the colourful life that they are dreaming of, but we also want everybody to be part of Troubelle and inspire them to become more conscious while consuming fashion. For this reason we organize creative workshops and give tips on how to take more conscious choices in our daily lives.

So join one of our next events.
